T he world’s largest B2B yacht charter event, the International Charter Expo (ICE), is back in Amsterdam from November 12–14, 2025, uniting over 600 companies from more than 50 countries under one roof — and introducing a new industry forum set to shape the future of yacht chartering.
The International Charter Expo (ICE) returns to EXPO Groot-Amsterdam this November, reaffirming its status as the world’s leading B2B yacht charter event. From November 12 to 14, 2025, more than 600 companies representing over 50 countries will gather in the Dutch capital for three dynamic days of networking, business, and innovation.
This year, ICE introduces the ICE Forum, a new platform dedicated to understanding the challenges and opportunities shaping the global charter market. “I’ve been working in this industry for more than 20 years, and it has always been challenging,” says Tino Prosenik, Founder of ICE. “Today, we face new kinds of challenges, with many tools and opportunities available — but it’s not always clear what tomorrow will bring.”
On November 13, the Forum will host 15 of the world’s largest charter operators — who together manage around 30% of the global bareboat charter fleet — followed by 15 of the biggest booking agencies, discussing emerging trends, market shifts, and future projections.
The conversation continues on Friday, November 14, with the ICE Open Forum, inviting brokers and fleet managers to take part in an open discussion moderated by Prosenik, featuring industry panels, Q&A sessions, and opportunities for collaboration.
To kick off the event in signature ICE fashion, the legendary ICE Rocks Party returns on opening night, celebrating 10 years of ICE with an unforgettable evening of music, fun, and networking.
With fresh ideas, global participation, and unmatched energy, ICE’25 is set to be the most inspiring and forward-looking edition yet.
