A n evening of milestones, ambition, and Mediterranean vision — as Melita Marine Group announced its expansion to the South of France and AG Advisory marked the completion of its first growth phase, uniting over 300 leaders of the global yachting and financial industries at the Yacht Club de Monaco.
Under the glittering lights of the Yacht Club de Monaco, over 300 industry leaders gathered during the Monaco Yacht Show 2025 for a celebration hosted by Melita Marine Group (MMG) and AG Advisory. The event brought together yacht owners, captains, managers, brokers, legal experts, and private bankers — a distinguished cross-section of the global superyacht and financial sectors.
The evening marked two major milestones. Melita Marine Group announced its expansion to the South of France, launching Melita Shipyard Services France, operational from January 2026, with new offices and workshops in Biot and Antibes. This move extends MMG’s operational reach from Monaco to Marseille, complementing its established 100m-capacity shipyard in Malta.
Founder and Chairman Pierre Balzan described the expansion as “a defining moment” for the Group, bridging two of Europe’s most strategic yachting hubs and reaffirming MMG’s commitment to serving clients with consistent excellence — “showing that we care.”
Meanwhile, AG Advisory celebrated the completion of Phase One of its development, having built a fully licensed advisory firm offering bespoke financial, corporate, and compliance services from Malta. Founder and Managing Partner Dr. Anthony Galea emphasized the importance of celebrating “surrounded by friends, clients, and colleagues at an event that truly reflects our values.”
As both companies look ahead to 2026, they share a vision defined by innovation, client service, and sustainable growth — continuing to strengthen the Mediterranean’s position as a global hub for yachting and financial excellence.
