Over a decade ago, Noma set out to make coffee an unforgettable part of the dining experience—a bold idea at the time. The goal was to see what might happen if coffee, often overlooked, were treated with the same care and exploration as every other aspect of flavor at the renowned restaurant.

Little by little, coffee became a hallmark of Noma’s service. In 2024, curiosity led to a new milestone: roasting the beans used for brewing directly in Copenhagen. With this achievement, it seemed like the perfect moment to invite others to join the journey of discovery, taste, and learning.

Today, Noma introduces Noma Kaffe, a new coffee subscription that brings the same level of attention to detail. Every month, members receive two bags of specially selected beans, each one designed for brewing filter coffee—a method commonly served at Noma. Subscribers will also receive guidance throughout the year, including journals diving into brewing techniques, research trips, and more.

More than just providing a path to consistently delicious coffee, Noma Kaffe sparks curiosity and connects people to a drink that is a daily ritual for millions around the world.

The team at Noma has also begun traveling to coffee origin countries, forging deeper relationships with producers who are closely connected to nature.
