A bold new chapter in high-performance yachting has begun. At the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show 2025, Foiler — the UAE-based brand behind the pioneering flying yacht Spirit — revealed Ghost, the world’s first 28-metre private foiling superyacht. Developed with Bozca Design and built by ENATA, Ghost introduces a new era of speed, stability and futuristic elegance on the water.
Engineering the Future of Flight at Sea
Constructed from carbon fibre and titanium, Ghost is both exceptionally light and remarkably strong. With ENATA’s proprietary foiling system — an evolution of the technology proven on Spirit — the yacht can rise two metres above the surface, cruising at 30–35 knots and reaching speeds above 40 knots.
“Foiling transforms the experience of yachting,” says Alois Vieujot, CEO of ENATA Group. “At 40 knots, passengers can move freely, speak in hushed tones, and enjoy a completely smooth, stable ride — something unimaginable on a conventional yacht. Ghost takes this comfort and serenity to a whole new scale.”
When deployed, the foils extend the beam from 8 metres to around 20 metres, delivering extraordinary stability and a sensation closer to aviation than traditional yachting.
Radical Space and Seamless Connection to the Sea
Ghost offers 133 sqm of interior living space (excluding cabins) and 52 sqm of exterior deck areas — volumes rarely seen on 28m yachts that remain registered as pleasure craft. The open-plan interior supports 3–5 cabins, including a private beach club directly connected to the sea for owners who prioritise freedom, adventure and uninterrupted proximity to the water.
Its full-beam superstructure unlocks expansive saloon dimensions, with floor-to-ceiling glazing enabling uninterrupted 360-degree sea views and flooding the interior with natural light.
Design with Intent
Ghost’s silhouette blends futurism with timelessness: flowing, sculptural lines that express speed even at rest. Inside, ENATA and Bozca pair minimalism, premium materials, intuitive technology and warm tones to create serene, fluid living spaces.
Foiler’s signature joystick control and pilot seats offer a user-friendly operator experience, empowering owners to helm Ghost with precision. A hidden crane enables rapid deployment of a jetski or tender without disrupting the yacht’s clean profile.
“Every structural and aesthetic decision is made with intention,” says Timur Bozca, Founder of Bozca Design. “There are no decorative elements — only forms that serve performance, reliability and clarity. Ghost is not just a foiling yacht but a high-performance platform shaped by architecture, precision engineering and purposeful design.”
A New Generation Begins
Designed as a serial-production, semi-custom platform, Ghost inaugurates the next phase of Foiler’s evolution. Construction is scheduled to begin within 12 to 18 months, with the first launch planned for 2029.
With Ghost, Foiler, ENATA and Bozca Design push the boundaries of marine engineering, blending aerospace inspiration, advanced composites and visionary design to redefine what a 28m yacht can be.
