T he International Charter Expo (ICE) celebrated its 10th anniversary with a dynamic and forward-looking edition at EXPO Greater Amsterdam, held from 12–14 November 2025. Bringing together more than 600 companies from 57 countries, this year’s event confirmed why ICE remains the most efficient and influential B2B meeting point for the global yacht charter industry.
Staying true to its core format, ICE once again relied on the Handshake matchmaking system, enabling thousands of pre-arranged meetings that maximized productivity for brokers, fleet operators and suppliers. The result was three days of concentrated networking, industry dialogue and real business momentum.
A major highlight of the 10th edition was the debut of a dedicated industry forum, led by ICE Founder Tino Prosenik, featuring respected voices from across the sector:
Luka Šangulin (Angelina Yachtcharter), Katerina Goutou (Fyly Yachting), Pavel Pribiš (Boataround) and Max Barbera (Barbera Yachting).
The discussion addressed four of the market’s most pressing challenges — offer-demand imbalance, over-discounting, commission models and customer satisfaction — with a clear takeaway: the future of global chartering depends on stronger alignment between brokers and fleet operators.
Beyond the halls, ICE’s social programme added an upbeat celebratory tone, from the packed ICE Rocks Party on opening night to the special anniversary moments and giveaways during the Networking Party.
As Media Partner, The Yachtbook was present throughout the event, capturing the pulse of an industry that is evolving rapidly and collectively shaping its next decade. After ten years of growth, ICE continues to be a catalyst for new partnerships, market understanding and strategic development.
The next edition of the International Charter Expo will return to Amsterdam from 11–13 November 2026.
