F rom November 12-14, 2025, Amsterdam will once again host the International Charter Expo (ICE), the world’s largest B2B yacht charter event. The Yachtbook will be there, covering all the highlights of this key industry gathering, where over 600 companies from 50 countries will come together to shape the future of yacht chartering.
Set to take place at EXPO Groot-Amsterdam, the International Charter Expo 2025 (ICE) promises to be the biggest networking opportunity for yacht charter professionals. With over 12,000 bareboat yachts and nearly 2,000 crewed superyachts, the global yacht charter market continues to expand, generating over €15 billion annually. ICE brings together yacht owners, fleet operators, brokers, vendors, and central agents, making it the must-attend event for industry leaders.
For over a decade, Yachtmaster Group has been facilitating connections and fostering partnerships at ICE, and this year’s event is set to raise the bar even higher. More than 50,000 industry professionals have already participated in ICE events, resulting in over 200,000 in-person meetings. This year, the event will focus heavily on the growing luxury and crewed sector, offering a specialized environment for every niche.
ICE’25 will be structured into three key zones: Superyacht Village, Gulet Village, and the Bareboat Area, ensuring that all segments of the yacht charter industry have dedicated spaces. A standout this year is the Superyacht Village, sponsored by Ankor Software, which has made a generous contribution of €100,000, allowing for reduced admission fees for first-time exhibitors.
Networking is at the core of ICE, and thanks to the innovative Handshake matchmaking app, attendees can schedule meetings well in advance, ensuring productive conversations throughout the event. This approach has helped more than 20,000 meetings take place, and the event is known for its vibrant atmosphere, making it a top choice for repeat exhibitors.
ICE is a professional-only event, where exhibiting is reserved for charter operators and vendors. Charter brokers, operators, and vendors can attend with a visiting pass, with ticket prices ranging from €150 to €750, depending on the category.
The Yachtbook will be on the ground, reporting live from the event, ensuring you get all the insider updates from one of the most anticipated yacht charter events of the year.
