M axim Yachts returns to boot Düsseldorf with the Max 44R, a 60-knot performance daycruiser, unveiling its newest project before the upcoming season.
Maxim Yachts is gearing up for a dynamic presence at boot Düsseldorf 2026, where the Spanish shipyard will showcase its flagship model, the Max 44R, alongside the global reveal of a brand-new project for the coming season. As media sponsors of boot Düsseldorf, we highlight one of the most anticipated returns of the year.
From 17 to 25 January 2026, visitors to Europe’s largest boat and watersports show will find the Max 44R in Hall 5, Stand E19. Powered by three 450 hp Yamaha XTO outboards, the 13.5-metre model reaches an impressive 60 knots, making it the fastest walkaround ever built by Maxim Yachts.
The Max 44R blends contemporary design, sport-driven engineering and versatile comfort, offering a layout that suits both high-speed transfers and relaxed island cruising. Stability and precision remain central to the boat’s character, even at full throttle, while the deck configuration allows owners to shift effortlessly between adventure and leisure.
On board, guests enjoy two expansive sunpads (bow and aft), a convertible dining area with folding tables and four sofas accommodating over ten people, and a carbon-fiber hardtop fitted with a premium JL Audio system. The helm station features four co-pilot seats plus the pilot’s position, equipped with dual 16-inch Garmin displays and an array of 11 analog gauges.
The fully equipped galley includes a cooktop, sink and two large refrigerators, with options to expand to four refrigerators and an ice maker. Below deck, the Max 44R offers two double cabins, one of which can convert to a lounge, with the possibility of adding a third cabin.
While the Düsseldorf model will mount three Yamaha engines, the boat can also be configured with three Mercury Verado V10 outboards at roughly 400 hp each.
Maxim Yachts’ participation in boot Düsseldorf 2026 underscores the shipyard’s focus on expanding in the European market and presenting a yacht that encapsulates its core values: innovation, elegance and uncompromising power. Designed by Alex Cherigny, the Max 44R will also serve as the backdrop for a special unveiling event during the show, teasing what comes next for the brand.
