N umarine has launched the second hull of the 30XP, strengthening its position in the mid-sized explorer yacht segment with a platform that combines long-range capability, hybrid propulsion and generous living spaces.

Like her predecessor Minella, which debuted at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2024, the new 30XP features a diesel-electric hybrid propulsion system, identical layout and the same explorer-focused DNA. The key differences lie in styling: an all-white exterior colour scheme and a calmer interior palette dominated by white and beige tones, punctuated with darker accents.

Positioned between 22 and 47 metres within Numarine’s seven-model fleet, the 30XP fills a clearly defined niche. Designed inside and out by Can Yalman, the raised pilothouse configuration maximises internal volume while preserving the functional, purposeful aesthetic that defines the brand’s explorer yachts.

Space designed around life on board

With an internal volume of 213 GT, the 30XP offers a flexible layout capable of adapting to a wide range of owner preferences. Outdoor living is central to the design, with multiple deck areas dedicated to dining, lounging and direct contact with the sea.

At the stern, the semi-open beach club becomes a defining feature. Fold-down bulwarks expand the usable area to 46 square metres, while increased headroom creates a space equally suited to relaxation and watersports. A side-loading tender bay to port accommodates a diesel tender of up to 5.65 metres, enhancing operational flexibility.

A standout element is the private balcony connected directly to the owner’s suite, offering a secluded vantage point over the water. Above the beach club, a raised lounge area reached by just three steps creates the sensation of a platform suspended over the sea.

The expansive flybridge rivals those found on larger yachts, offering space for a wet bar, lounging areas and forward sunpads, further reinforcing the yacht’s outdoor-centric philosophy.

Quiet comfort, long-range capability

On the main deck, large sliding doors aft and to starboard dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior spaces. Full-height windows flood the saloon with natural light, while the forward main-deck master cabin benefits from enhanced privacy and panoramic views. Four generously sized en-suite guest cabins are located on the lower deck, all with large windows and sea views.

Comfort is reinforced by exceptional acoustic performance. At a cruising speed of 7 knots, sound levels in guest cabins remain below 40 dBA, while the master stateroom measures just 38.1 dBA, thanks to Numarine’s collaboration with Silent Line.

Power comes from either a conventional twin MAN 560 hp setup or the diesel-electric hybrid system fitted to this second hull. The hybrid configuration draws power from four 108 kW diesel generators, feeding twin electric motors for efficient, low-noise operation. Both propulsion options deliver a top speed of around 13 knots and a cruising speed of approximately 12 knots, while range extends to 3,500 nautical miles at 8 knots. Optional solar panels can further enhance efficiency.

Beyond propulsion, the 30XP integrates advanced stabilisation systems, smart automation, modern navigation technology and sustainable material choices throughout construction. Waste management and recycling systems are standard, supporting Numarine’s ongoing focus on responsible yacht building.

With the second 30XP, Numarine continues to refine a platform designed for owners who prioritise quiet cruising, long-range autonomy and real-world usability, without sacrificing comfort or outdoor living.
