The 5th edition of the Olympic Yacht Show transformed Lavrio’s Olympic Marine into a lively hub of yachting activity, attracting more than 25,000 visitors and hundreds of international professionals. With 140 yachts on display and over 400 luxury brands represented, the event confirmed the steady rise of Greece as a major player in the Eastern Mediterranean’s leisure boating industry.

This year’s edition stood out for its international character, welcoming an increased number of foreign exhibitors and global media coverage, which helped elevate its profile beyond the local market. The opening ceremony gathered key figures from the yachting and tourism sectors, including government representatives and industry leaders, all emphasizing the importance of marine tourism for Greece’s economic and cultural growth.

The event also included the presentation of honorary awards to professionals who have shaped the country’s yachting landscape — among them George Pappas of Pappas Yachts, Alexandros Zeis of Motocraft, and Mary Gogosi of MG Yachts & Villas.

Adding a stylish crossover moment, the legendary 1000 Miglia Experience made its first-ever stop in Greece, passing through Olympic Marine and merging the worlds of automobiles and sea travel.

With its growing scale and international recognition, the Olympic Yacht Show continues to position Lavrio as a destination where yachting, innovation, and Mediterranean lifestyle meet.
