F erretti Yachts has introduced the new Ferretti Yachts 720 in a world premiere at boot Düsseldorf, presenting a reimagined version of one of the most successful models in its flybridge range. The evolution centres around the brand’s “Just Like Home” philosophy — a cruising experience that prioritises comfort, light and spatial continuity.
Measuring 22.5 metres in length overall with a 5.60-metre beam, the 720 results from collaboration between the Product Strategy Committee, chaired by Piero Ferrari, and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department. Exterior design is entrusted to Filippo Salvetti, with interiors by IdeaeItalia — continuing the brand’s structured design dialogue between aesthetics and functionality.
Light, openness and redefined volumes
The yacht’s profile has been subtly refined, with a reworked gunwale line and expanded glazing across the main deck lounge and master cabin. The enlarged windows reinforce the connection between interior and exterior spaces, flooding the living areas with natural light. A redesigned hard top increases shaded areas on the flybridge, enhancing comfort during extended outdoor use.

The main deck layout focuses on flexibility and privacy. A new sliding glass partition separates the dining and living area from the galley and wheelhouse, creating a semi-enclosed zone without compromising flow. The salon opens seamlessly onto the cockpit through a three-panel glass door system, forming one continuous social environment.
Material selection balances warmth and refinement. Owners may choose between the Classic mood, defined by earthy tones, or Contemporary, characterised by luminous woods and marine-inspired hues. Furnishings include fine Zimmer + Rohde fabrics, Bonaldo tables and Poltrona Frau helm chairs, reinforcing the yacht’s Made in Italy identity.

Owner-focused lower deck
The lower deck features four cabins: a full-beam master suite, VIP cabin and two twin guest cabins. The master benefits from increased storage capacity, a walk-in wardrobe and spatial separation from the engine room, ensuring enhanced acoustic comfort. Layout versatility continues here, including the option for sliding twin beds and mirrored smoked-glass TV installations.

A crew area with private bathroom and laundry station is accessed directly from the cockpit, ensuring operational efficiency and discretion.

Expansive flybridge living
Spanning 41 square metres, the flybridge is one of the defining elements of the 720. A central dining space with extending teak table anchors the layout, complemented by a wet bar and optional grill configuration. Forward, a full-beam sunpad enhances the social dimension, while the aft terrace can be arranged with loose furniture for a lounge-style atmosphere.
The hard top is available with adjustable tilting louvres or a fixed glazed cover, offering adaptable protection in varying conditions.

Performance and engineering
The Ferretti Yachts 720 is powered by twin 1200 HP MAN V8 engines as standard (28-knot top speed), with an optional twin 1400 HP MAN V12 configuration delivering up to 32 knots. Updated anchoring systems, improved trim tabs and a Seakeeper gyroscopic stabiliser further enhance stability and onboard comfort.
In this redesigned iteration, the Ferretti Yachts 720 refines its position within the competitive 22–24 metre flybridge segment — offering a balance of domestic comfort and open-sea performance.
